Tour itinerary

Day 1-2

Manila, Intramuros district, Cathedral of St. Augustine, Rizal park,

We arrive in Manila and check into a hotel in the Ermita area. Enjoy your short rest and get ready to explore! We walk to the old center known as Intramuros. Here it becomes very clear that the country was part of the Spanish Empire. And the colonists, without thinking twice, built here what they knew how. We will visit the grandiose Cathedral of St. Augustine of the 16th century. This is the most popular wedding venue in the city. We are very likely to see one of these ceremonies. And Filipinos get married in style! You can also visit the Museum, which occupies part of the Cathedral.

Next, let`s take a walk to Rizal park. Locals like to have picnics here and walk with children. From above, the huge figure of Lapu-Lapu looks around the park. Revered as a national hero, he became famous when in 1521 killed the first colonist - the famous explorer Ferdinand Magellan.

Nightlife lovers can join the local party-goers. Ermita area, where we stay is known for clubs and entertainment centers.

Day 3

Taal volcano, Lake inside the crater

In the morning we leave for the Taal volcano, the smallest and one of the most active volcanoes in the world! Approximately 2 hours by bus - and we are near the Taal Lake. In the middle of it stands the volcano where we will get by the motor boat.

With luck, we will be able to walk on the slope and get to the crater filled with rainwater. The last eruption of Taal took place in the summer of 2021 and since then this area has been considered a high-risk zone. Therefore, we will only be able to visit if the government allows.

After checking into a guesthouse, let`s walk around the town. We also might visit a local family who live near the sea and cook delicious meat and fish.

In the morning we board a traditional bangka boat and sail to tiny uninhabited islands. We will enjoy deserted beaches, secret lagoons that are not visible from the sea, admire colorful fish and breathe in the delicious air of real sea and adventure! The next day, the locals will lead us through the jungle to a mighty waterfall. We will also visit the paradise Nagpan beach. The huts of the local village have only recently got electricity.
