This was my first experience in so called "joint trips" which are something in between independent travel and a standard tourist tour. I did not like the idea of a normal tour because I dont like to be travelling in a large crowd with a busload of absolutely different people. At the same time, I was afraid of independent travel because it meant I should do all preparations, reading and planning myself, which I did not have nor time nor desire for, to be honest. It seemed like a good idea to go with a joint trip, and I was right! I have only good and great memories of the trip. And the photos made by a guide bring me back to that sunny winter all year! I was sure this will be a great trip because of guide’s vast experience. It is great when your high expectations are met! I went with Stas and Natasha on a trip to Laos and Cambodia. It was one of my best trips!
